Full Body Home Workout by Tabata torture

This workout will burn approx 600-700 calories

Complete 1 round of each of the following exercises. Each round is 4 min long. 20 sec work, 10 sec rest.

1) jump squats
2) 3x knee in with slider, 1 tricep pushup
3) Jump lunges 
4) Plank jack with shoulder tap
5) dumbell swing
6) hi knees
7) commando plank
8) squat with leg lift, heel click
9) frog plank jump with pushup
10) 1 lateral hop, 1 star jump
